Firestone Complete Auto Care

Amazing customer service! I worked with Jon the other day and he explained everything very detailed, mind you I know nothing about cars parts, and I was in and out of there in a timely manner. Other places either don’t explain anything to you, try to add more unneeded services, or take forever. I will definitely come back here again!

My Mercedes C250 was due for my state inspection and I’d put it off until the last minute. Thank God for Firestone. I was able to get an appointment immediately that worked for my schedule. The state inspection took under a half hour to complete which was wonderful since I was on my lunch break. I was informed by the tech that I was due for an alignment. I typically have all of my maintenance performed by my Euro mechanic so I am always hesitant to allow another shop to perform these services. The staff ensured me that they have performed this service on Mercedes plenty of times and they were confident in their ability to do it correctly. They gave me a great price which solidified my decision to get it done. I highly recommend visiting this location! The staff is extremely friendly and transparent about the services and costs. You won’t feel like you’re being taken advantage of or sold on services you don’t actually need, which in this day and age, is a hard thing to find.

“I had a great experience at Firestone today. The staff was professional, friendly, and got my oil change done quickly. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend Firestone to anyone looking for reliable automotive service. Thanks again for the excellent customer care!” If you want it to sound more like you, I can make it a little more casual and personal too.

This morning while traveling to Franklin North Carolina as I was entering Greensboro area my battery light came on which primarily indicated a bad alternator. I came here to Firestone at 3311 Battleground Avenue for service. I got here early in the morning went in and was told yes they could work on my car that it would be a while. Less than two and a half hours later I was back on the road with a new alternator belt and a few other little things I needed done. The service here was outstanding the attitudes the professionalism the attention to detail was quite impressive for me. Cost we're nominal no surprises. For a Sunday morning I was truly blessed with Firestone being there for me. I like to acknowledge service advisor Eric and my technician Jason for their tremendous help and effort to get me back on the road in a timely manner. My first time ever having to come here I am very impressed with the attitude of these technicians..

Great customer service! The staff was friendly, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. I appreciated that there was no pressure to add on extra services, and I was provided with an estimated quote before any work was performed. Everything was explained clearly, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Firestone on Battleground to anyone looking for honest and reliable service.
